ABOUT US

This role will be responsible for content management of internal and third-party systems, including uploading new content, translations, banners and set up relevant configuration.

You will carry out sanity and regression tests of sites (as relevant) in relation to development and releases. You will coordinate and follow up on internal and external project dependencies and work closely with development, suggesting improvements on site.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have excellent English communication skills, both verbally and written
  • You have 1+ years’ experience within a Customer Service/CRM/content focused role within the gaming industry
  • You are a self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude who works well within a fast-paced environment.
  • You are pro-active with the ability to maintain focus and resolve issues
  • You are a team player, bringing energy and positivity to our awesome operations team!
