Who can access Fast Track AI?
Fast Track AI is available for all LIVE partners in their production environments. Once you upgrade to version 2.53 and accept the Terms of Use, everyone on your CRM team gets access.
How many tokens do I get?
You start with more than 5,000,000 tokens included. These tokens are shared across all CRM users on your team, giving plenty of room to experiment and discover what's possible.
What happens when I run out of tokens?
If you reach the end of your tokens, let your Partner Manager know. We’d love to hear how you’ve been using them and the impact you’re seeing. That way, we can explore adding more together.
Can anyone on my team access Fast Track AI?
Yes, you control access through your usual CRM permissions. Team members will need to accept the Terms of Use, but then they're ready to go.
Does Fast Track AI use my existing AI tuning?
Not yet. Fast Track AI currently uses default tuning for generating reports and analysis. Since these reports are for you (the operator) rather than your players, the existing brand-specific tuning isn't needed right now. We may add custom tuning options in future releases.
Can I customise the report templates?
Not yet. This first version uses our default Fast Track templates for reports and emails. We're focused on getting the core natural language capabilities right first, then we'll add customisation options.
How accurate are the insights?
Fast Track AI analyses your actual live player data, so insights are as accurate as your data. It's not making predictions or guessing - it's giving you sophisticated analysis of what's really happening with your players.
