The data we use
We use several different categories of data about you:
- Contact details

- Employment information (job title, responsibilities, position within the organization, etc.)
- Your status relating to our organization, such as communication preferences and records of marketing activity that has been sent to you

The Fast Track AI app
The Fast Track AI app gives users of the Fast Track platform access to Fast Track AI from their mobile device. This section explains how we handle personal data when you download and use the app. The rest of this Privacy Policy also applies.
Downloading the app. The app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple and Google process your account, device and download information as independent controllers, under their own terms and privacy policies (apple.com/legal/privacy and policies.google.com/privacy). They share statistics about the app with us, such as download numbers, app versions, device types and operating systems and, where you have agreed to share them with app developers, crash and performance reports.
Using the app. You sign in with your existing Fast Track credentials. We process your account details and the questions and instructions you give Fast Track AI, including voice input if you use it, to provide the app and answer your requests. We do this to perform our contract with you or with your organisation. Where the app shows you your organisation’s data, we process that data on your organisation’s behalf under our agreement with it.
Diagnostics. The app sends us crash reports and usage events, which may include your user ID, device model, operating system, app version, IP address and the steps that led to an error. We use this information to keep the app secure and working and to fix errors, on the basis of our legitimate interests, and we keep it for 90 days.
Device permissions. The app asks for access to your microphone only when you use voice input. You can withdraw this access at any time in your device settings.
Deleting your data. Deleting the app from your device does not delete the data we hold about you. To ask us to delete it, contact privacy@fasttrack.ai. Your Fast Track account itself is managed by your organisation.
Marketing content and email subscriptions
You may opt-in to receive communications from us about subjects that we believe may be of interest to you, as well as news or offers from us or third parties, which may include our newsletter or information about special offers, products or offerings, or other items. The communications may be via email, SMS, telephone or social media. The topic and frequency of our communications may change and if, at any time, you would like to stop receiving marketing communications from us, you may follow the opt out instructions contained in any such communication. Alternatively, you can email us and request to opt-out at privacy@fasttrack.ai. If you opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us, we may still send you information about content you’ve downloaded or any services you have requested or received from us, or for other customer service purposes.
