Rewards

On this page, you’ll learn what information is available in the Rewards tab of each Player Profile and the different actions that can be performed from there.

🎁 What is the Rewards section?

The Rewards section within a Player Profile allows you to track and review the different rewards assigned to a player. It provides visibility into Bonuses, Wheel tokens, and Challenges, including those that are currently available as well as those that have expired or already been claimed.
You will see the Rewards tab in the Player Profile only if Rewards is enabled and integrated in your CRM.

🗺‍ How to Navigate

To access the Rewards section:
  1. Open a specific Player Profile.
  2. Select the Rewards tab from the top navigation.
Once inside, you can switch between Bonuses, Wheels, and Challenges using the tabs in the upper-right corner, depending on the type of reward you want to review.

🧩 What You’ll Find in This Section

The Rewards section presents a mostly read-only view of player rewards, allowing you to track reward availability and history.
Depending on the selected tab, you’ll find:

🎉 Bonuses

A list of bonuses assigned to the player, including:
  1. Bonus Name – The name of the bonus
  2. Created – When the bonus was granted
  3. Expires – The expiration status of the bonus
You can view both active bonuses and those that have expired or been claimed.

🎡 Wheels

This view displays the player’s Wheel tokens. If no data is available, a message will indicate that the player does not currently have available or expired Wheel tokens.

🏆 Challenges

Here you can review challenges linked to the player. You can view both active challenges and those that have expired or been claimed.

🛠 Actions Available

While the Rewards section focuses primarily on tracking and visibility, it also allows you to perform some actions related to player rewards.
Currently, you can:
  1. Expire active bonuses
  2. Expire bonuses individually or in bulk, depending on your needs
This allows you to quickly remove bonuses that should no longer be available to the player without leaving the Rewards tab.
