Create & Edit CRM Entities
Creating CRM Entities
Fast Track AI can create supported CRM entities based on natural-language instructions.
Instead of manually navigating through the CRM and completing every field yourself, you can describe what you want to create and let Fast Track AI handle the supported creation steps.
How it works
The basic workflow is:
- Describe what you want to create
- Fast Track AI interprets your request
- Fast Track AI creates the entity
- The entity appears as an artifact in the conversation
- Open the artifact to review the entity in the CRM
- Continue the conversation to make supported changes
Example
You could ask:
"Create an Activity targeting players who have not deposited in the last 30 days."
Fast Track AI creates the Activity and returns it as an artifact.
You can then open the Activity to review it.
Supported entities
Current capabilities available is that Fast Track AI can create entities such as:
- Activities
- Segments
- Projects
- Triggers
- Player Features
Fast Track AI is expanding quickly and it can handle more executional tasks with time.
Creating an Activity
A good creation request should describe the outcome you want.
For example:
"Create an Activity targeting players from the UK who have not deposited in the last 30 days."
The more relevant context you provide, the less clarification may be required.
Reviewing what Fast Track AI creates
Always review created entities before relying on them operationally.
The artifact provides a quick way to open the underlying CRM entity.
From the CRM page you can review the configuration and make further changes.
Creating multiple entities
Fast Track AI can return multiple artifacts when several entities are created or referenced in a single response.
Each artifact provides access to its corresponding entity.
Entity lifespan
Once an entity has been created, it exists as a normal CRM entity.
This means it can be:
- Opened from the artifact.
- Accessed through its anchor tag, where supported
- Modified
- Deleted
If the entity is later deleted, the corresponding artifact and anchor are updated to reflect that state.
Editing CRM Entities with Fast Track AI
Fast Track AI can help you modify supported CRM entities using natural-language instructions.
This means you can continue working with an entity after it has been created rather than starting a new workflow every time something needs to change.
How it works
A typical workflow looks like this:
- Create or open an entity
- Review it in the CRM
- Ask Fast Track AI to make a supported change
- Fast Track AI applies the change
- Review the updated entity
Example
Suppose you created an Activity targeting a specific group of players.
You could ask:
"Change the Activity to target players from the UK."
Or:
"Move the scheduled date to Friday."
Fast Track AI applies the supported change to the underlying entity.
Keep related changes in the same conversation
When possible, continue using the same conversation for related work.
This allows Fast Track AI to retain the context of what you have already discussed.
For example:
"Create an Activity for players who haven't deposited in 30 days."
followed by:
"Change the audience to players in the UK."
followed by:
"Schedule it for Friday."
Review changes
When Fast Track AI modifies an entity, review the resulting configuration in the CRM.
AI assistance should make changes faster, but you remain responsible for ensuring that the final entity is configured correctly.
Combining AI and manual editing
You can combine AI-assisted changes with normal CRM editing.
The AI Sidebar remains available while you work on the entity, allowing you to move between conversation and manual CRM actions.
