Fast Track AI lets you explore your CRM data using natural language.
Instead of writing queries or navigating through multiple reporting tools, describe what you want to understand and Fast Track AI can analyse the available data and return the results.

Ask questions in natural language

You can ask Fast Track AI questions using plain, everyday language.
For example:
"Show me daily NGR by market for the last seven days."
or:
"Compare July and June performance across all brands."

Go beyond a single number

Fast Track AI can help you explore data from multiple angles.
Depending on the data available, analysis can include:
  1. Metrics and KPIs
  2. Trends over time
  3. Comparison
  4. Breakdowns by brand, market, provider, or segment
  5. Drivers and explanations
  6. Anomalies and outliers
  7. Behavioural cohorts and clusters
  8. Recommendations for further analysis

Deep Data Analysis

Fast Track AI can go beyond standard reporting to help identify patterns and explain changes.
For example, you can ask:
"Which campaigns this week had the highest NGR with the lowest bonus cost?"
or:
"Are there anomalies in NGR by market this week? What might explain them?"
Fast Track AI can help identify the relevant patterns and suggest ways to refine the analysis.

Drivers and explanations

You can ask Fast Track AI not only what happened, but why a metric changed.
For example:
"How did NGR change this month, and what are the main drivers?"
This can help you move from reporting to investigation.

Anomaly detection

Ask Fast Track AI to identify unusual behaviour or changes.
For example:
"Are there any unusual changes in NGR by market this week?"
Anomalies may be identified across dimensions such as:
  1. Brand
  2. Market
  3. Provider
  4. Segment

Cohorts and clusters

Fast Track AI can identify behavioural groupings in your data.
These groups can help you understand player behaviour and, where supported, can be saved and used as Segments.

Comparisons

Fast Track AI can compare different periods, campaigns, brands, markets, or other relevant dimensions.
Examples:
"Compare Campaign A and Campaign B."
"Compare July with June."
"Compare Affiliate X with Affiliate Y."

Visualisations

Depending on your request, Fast Track AI can return charts and other visual representations of the data.
You can specify the format you want.
For example:
"Show this as a monthly trend chart."
or:
"Return a table with the top 10 results."

Data limitations

Fast Track AI analyses the data available through your CRM and integrations.
If a particular metric or data source is unavailable, Fast Track AI may not be able to provide the requested analysis.
For example, you may see a message indicating that game activity data is unavailable.
The quality of insights depends on the quality, completeness, and availability of your underlying data.
Note: If any results indicate missing data, contact Support, your Partner Manager, or your Integration Manager.

From analysis to action

Analysis does not have to be the end of the conversation.
You can use an analysis as the starting point for another action.
For example:
"Find players who haven't deposited in the last 30 days."
Then:
"Create an Activity targeting those players."
This allows you to move directly from insight to execution.

Send reports by email

Once you have generated a report, you can ask Fast Track AI to send it by email.
For example:
"Please send this report to [recipient]."
Note: Recipients must be included on your organisation's Approved Recipients list under AI Settings. Your administrator manages this list.

Schedule reports

You can also ask Fast Track AI to schedule recurring report sendouts.
For example:
"Send this report every Monday at 09:00 Europe/Malta time."
Hint: You can find all your scheduled reports in the Conversation History.

Stopping a scheduled report

You can easily pause a scheduled report. Navigate to the conversation history panel by clicking on the speech-bubble icon within the sidebar, select the scheduled report you want to stop, and then hit the pause button.
