Fast Track AI Sidebar

The Fast Track AI Sidebar is a persistent AI chat panel docked to the side of the CRM.
It is available from any CRM page and stays with you as you navigate, allowing you to ask Fast Track AI for help without leaving what you're doing or losing the conversation.

What makes the Sidebar different?

The AI Sidebar replaces the previous full-page AI experience, known as Oracle.
With the Sidebar:
  1. AI is available alongside the page you're already using.
  2. The Sidebar stays available as you navigate through the CRM.
  3. Conversations remain available while you work.
  4. Entities referenced or created by Fast Track AI appear as interactive cards.
  5. Created entities can be accessed through anchor tags.
  6. You can continue a conversation while viewing the related CRM entity.
The result is an AI experience that works in context rather than as a separate destination.

Opening the AI Sidebar

You can open or close the Sidebar from any CRM page using:
  1. The AI Sidebar button in the interface.
  2. Mac: Cmd + J

Resizing the Sidebar

You can resize the Sidebar to suit your workflow.
Drag the edge of the Sidebar to make it wider or narrower.

Moving between CRM pages

The Sidebar stays available while you navigate through the CRM.
For example, you can ask Fast Track AI to create an Activity, open it, and continue your conversation while reviewing the Activity.
If you navigate to another CRM page, the Sidebar remains available.

Sidebar state

Fast Track AI remembers whether the Sidebar was open or closed as you navigate between pages.
When you reopen it, the conversation you were working with is restored.
This allows you to move around the CRM without losing your AI context.

Working alongside CRM entities

One of the key benefits of the Sidebar is the connection between the conversation and the CRM.
When Fast Track AI creates or references an entity, you can open it directly from the conversation.
The Sidebar remains available so you can continue asking questions or giving instructions while working with the entity.
