Getting Started
Getting Started with Fast Track AI
The easiest way to get started with Fast Track AI is to think about what you want to accomplish and describe it in your own words.
Fast Track AI understands natural language, so you can ask questions and give instructions in the same way you would explain a task to a colleague.
Before you start
Access to Fast Track AI depends on your organisation's configuration and user permissions.
Before using Fast Track AI, you may need to:
- Have Fast Track AI enabled for your environment.
- Have the appropriate user permissions.
- Read and acknowledge the Fast Track AI Disclaimer or Terms of Use, where applicable.
Fast Track AI works with your live CRM data, so the quality and completeness of your underlying data can affect the quality of the insights you receive.
Important: As with any AI-generated result, you are responsible for reviewing and fact-checking the information before acting on it.
Step 1 — Open the AI Sidebar
Open the AI Sidebar from any CRM page.
You can use the AI Sidebar left menu button or the keyboard shortcut.
Mac: Cmd + J
Windows: Ctrl + J
Note: Confirm the Windows shortcut before publishing.
The Sidebar opens alongside the CRM page.
Step 2 — Start a conversation
Describe what you want in natural language.
For example:
"Show me the players who have not deposited in the last 30 days."
Fast Track AI analyses the request and returns the result in the conversation.
Step 3 — Ask follow-up questions
You don't need to include all the information in your first prompt.
You can refine the request through follow-up questions.
For example:
"Only include players from the UK."
Then:
"Now show me the number of players by brand."
Then:
"Create an Activity targeting these players."
Fast Track AI can use the context of the conversation to continue working toward your goal.
Step 4 — Review the result
Depending on your request, Fast Track AI may return:
- Numbers and metrics
- Tables
- Charts or visualisations
- Explanations
- Recommendations
- CRM entity artifacts
Review the response before taking action.
Step 5 — Take action
When Fast Track AI creates a supported CRM entity, for example a cohort segment, it appears as an artifact in the conversation.
You can open the artifact to access the entity's CRM page.
From there, you can continue working with the entity manually or ask Fast Track AI to make further changes.

Step 6 — Continue later
Conversations are saved automatically.
You can close the Sidebar, navigate to another CRM page, or leave the CRM and return later.
Your conversation remains available through conversation history.
Three good ways to start
Ask for information
"What was our NGR by market over the last seven days?"
Ask for analysis
"Which campaigns had the highest NGR with the lowest bonus cost this week?"
Ask Fast Track AI to take action
"Create an Activity targeting players who have not deposited in the last 30 days."
A good starting principle
Don't worry about writing the perfect prompt.
Start with what you want to achieve, review the result, and then refine your request.
