Archive
ποΈ What is the Archive?
The Archive is a dedicated space to store Rewards items that are no longer actively in use. Rather than cluttering your working lists with outdated configurations, you can archive them to keep things tidy while retaining access to their settings at any time.
The following item types can be archived: Generic Bonuses, Funds Bonuses, Challenges, Virtual Currency Bonuses, Mini-Game Tokens, and Calendars.
Items that are currently in use cannot be archived. Make sure an item is no longer referenced anywhere before attempting to archive it.
πΊοΈ Getting to the Archive
Navigate to Rewards in the left-hand menu and select Archive under the Resources section. From the Archive landing page, select either Bonuses or Calendars to browse archived items in that category.

The Bonuses section is split into five tabs: Generic, Funds, Challenge, Virtual Currency, and Mini Games. Each tab displays a list of archived items showing the item name and the date it was archived. Use the Search bar to find a specific item quickly.
Click on any item to view its full configuration in read-only mode.

π Restoring an Item
If you need to bring an archived item back into use, open it from the Archive list and click Restore in the top right.
A confirmation modal will appear, letting you know the item will be moved back to your active list. Click Yes, Restore to confirm.

Once restored, the item will appear back in its original section but remain disabled until you choose to enable it. A success notification will confirm the restore and offer a quick Enable Now shortcut to activate it straight away.
Restoring an item does not make it live immediately. Bonuses will need to be manually enabled, and Calendars will be set back to Draft and will need to be republished before becoming available to players.
