A seamless move to real-time data

Changing CRM provider is a big decision for any operator. This team went in with limited access to their previous provider's data and no real-time capability of their own. Here is how the move went, in their words.

Where the team started

Two worries going in

The first was data. Access to the previous provider's data lake was limited, and the team expected the application process to turn into a long negotiation.

The second was readiness. When the project began, the organisation was not set up to handle real-time data at all. Data lived in different places across the company and had never been brought together in one consistent way.

When we started the integration process, we were not in a position to handle real-time data.

How it went

The migration, phase by phase

Five things the team said stood out. Select a phase, or let it play.

"Fast Track went out of their way and had some tough conversations with our previous provider and ensured that the process we feared would be difficult was actually smooth."

Data access

Limited access to the previous provider's data lake was the first hurdle. Rather than leaving it with the operator, Fast Track took on the conversations with the previous provider directly.
