Fast Track AI uses your existing Fast Track account, so there is no separate app account. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.

What we hold about you

  • Your account and your chat history with Fast Track AI. These belong to your organisation's Fast Track environment.
  • Crash and usage reports that the app sends us.

How to request deletion

  • Account and chat history: ask your company admin to remove them. We can also delete them on your organisation's instructions.
  • Crash and usage reports: email privacy@fasttrack.ai from the address linked to your account, and we delete them. These reports are also deleted automatically after 90 days.

What happens next

  • We check that the request comes from the email address linked to your account.
  • We reply within one month. If your request is complex and we need more time, we let you know.
  • We email you once your data is deleted.
  • We keep a record of your request.

Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account or data.
