Churn Prediction Model

We have now released the Churn Prediction Model available to be installed from within the Fast Track system itself.
The Churn Model analyses player behavioural patterns and trains itself on your player base. The model assigns a Churn Score to each player that can be used in your CRM strategy.

How to use the Churn Prediction Model:
  1. In the Player Features page, you will now see 'Churn Prediction Model'
  2. Click on the Player Feature and run the 'Data Requirement Checks'
  3. If the data is compatible with the model requirements, you will be able to install it, and it will become available and ready to be used
The 'Churn Prediction Model' is currently specific for Casino players. An upgraded version covering Sportsbook players will be available in the near future. Speak with your Partner Manager for further information and for assistance to get started.

Churn Dashboards

Together with the Churn Prediction Model, we are also releasing new dashboards and a few changes around Data Studio related to Churn.
  1. A new Monthly Churn Trends dashboard is now available, where you can monitor players churn rates per month
  2. After installing the Churn Prediction Model, you will see dashboards specifically related to the performance of the model itself

UI Improvements

We have added new input fields across the system to standardise the UI and improve the experience.

Rewards

  1. The Credit Reward Action now displays the Bonus or Challenge Type in the drop-down
  2. You can now test Bonuses or Challenges by triggering them to Test Users directly from the Bonus setup page by clicking the icon
  3. No Win—This option now exists everywhere you can add a bonus/prize. This means you can add “No Win” slots on Wheels.
  4. Wheels - You can now set 0 probability on a slice
  5. Expiration Date - All Bonuses and Challenges now support ‘Expiration Date’ to be set.
    1. *This defines how long the Bonus is available to be claimed by the player in ‘My Rewards’
  6. Games Mapping - We have resolved many bug fixes and improvements to auto-mapping rules

  1. Email Templates - You can now see a list of what Activities an Email Template is being used in directly from the Email Templates page

🐞‍Bug Fixes

Communication Profiles

  1. Resolved an issue where the save button stays disabled even after all fields have been populated.
  2. You now see the Segment Count when viewing the Segment that the Communication Profile relates to.

Triggers & Segments

  1. The Singularity symbol is not shown anymore after changing to a Trigger Type that is not Singularity-powered.
  2. Resolved an issue where Active Segments appeared in the 'idle' tab.
  3. After changing a Segment associated with an Activity, the counter on the Activities overview page was not always immediately reflected. This has now been resolved.
  4. Specific Date & Time Trigger - Fixed the saving date and time fields so they can be changed to date fields (no time shown), maintaining proper functionality.
  5. Date Tooltip Fix - Lifecycle Activities now display the date correctly and are shown in the following fashion (Month/Day/Year/Hours/Minutes).

UI & Localisation

  1. Corrects a localisation issue where "Time After Trigger" values were incorrectly converted from days to minutes in Portuguese and Spanish.

SMS

  1. Addresses multiple SMS-related bugs, improving overall SMS functionality. Among the fixes are placeholder highlighting and short-link issues.
