❓What is the Credit Reward Action
Once Rewards is implemented, a new Action type—Credit Reward—will be available in your list of Activity Actions.
This Action enables you to credit Rewards elements (such as Generic Bonuses, Funds, Virtual Currency, Wheel Bonuses, and Challenges) that you've configured. These elements can then be used seamlessly across other areas of Fast Track CRM, including within Activities.
⚙️ How to use the Action?
To use the Credit Reward action, simply select it as one of the Actions when creating an Activity within FT CRM.
This allows you to credit any Rewards element directly through your CRM workflows.
