🤔‍ What is an Approved Recipient?

With Fast Track AI, you can directly send or schedule to send a report. As a safety precaution, to make sure we're sending reports to the right people, we've created a feature for you to add approved recipients. Only approved recipients can have a report sent to them. Example: "Send this report to [email protected]" — only if the email [email protected] has been added to the approved recipients list, it will actually be able to follow through with the request.
Please note:
You'll be informed accordingly, whether Fast Track AI can follow through with the request or not.

👤 User Access

Only users with certain permissions can access the approved recipients list. More specifically, a user must have the 'Edit' permission for 'AI Tuning' to have the necessary access.

📍 Navigation

To access the approved recipients list (also referred to as a whitelist), navigate from the main menu to Settings > AI Settings > Configuration Tab.

🛠️ How to add a Recipient

The process is simple. Once navigating to the configuration space, click on the "Add Recipient" button on the right side. This will add a new field, where you are asked to fill in the email address as well as a description, followed by the ✅ to save.
To cancel the setup, click on the ❌ instead.

💡 Pro Tip:
If you want the whole organisation to be added as approved recipients, you can add the email domain instead of individual email addresses. Example: in the email column, you add "@brand.com"
You have the option of editing and deleting an added recipient in the same place.
