👤 What is the Player Profile?

The Player Profile is an area within Fast Track CRM that allows you to view and understand all relevant information about a specific player. It centralises data about the player’s identity, activity history, logged events, and engagement metrics, making it an essential tool for support, CRM, and operations teams.
This section is designed to give teams full visibility of a player’s journey and actions, ensuring fast troubleshooting and informed decision-making.

🗺‍ How to Navigate

Accessing a player’s profile is simple and fast:
  1. Navigate to the Search bar at the top of the menu.
  2. Enter the user ID, external user ID, Username or full email address.
  3. The system will display matching results under categories such as:
    1. Players
    2. Activities
    3. Lifecycles
  4. Select the player from the results list to open their full profile.
Once inside, you’ll land on the Player Profile page, which contains different tabs. Each tab focuses on a different aspect of the player’s activity. Click the links below 👇 to learn more about each one.

You will see the Rewards tab in the Player Profile section only if Rewards is enabled and properly integrated in your CRM.
