Callback Actions let you create customised, advanced actions by connecting Fast Track with external platforms through an API. This means Fast Track can automatically talk to other systems and trigger actions outside of the platform whenever a player meets certain criteria — so things happen instantly, behind the scenes, without manual work.

Think of it as a chain reaction: Fast Track sees an event → fires the Callback Action → sends a request to your chosen API → the external system receives it → the system executes the instruction (e.g., tag the player, cancel a bonus, update a player profile).

Here are some of the most common ways to use Callback Actions today:

Cancel Bonus Code

If a player requests a withdrawal while they still have an active bonus, Fast Track can automatically send a request to cancel that bonus. This ensures the correct conditions are applied and removes the need for manual intervention.

Refer a Friend

When a player refers a friend and that friend makes their first deposit, the referrer receives a bonus.
The way Fast Track knows that the referred player has made their first deposit — and who referred them — is through the Partner's external API. The Callback Action sends this information so the system can credit the bonus automatically.

Bonus Bot

When a player opens the chat and asks for a bonus, the system can automatically check if they’re eligible. If they meet the criteria, the bonus is credited directly — creating a smooth, automated experience without manual intervention.

Internal Loyalty Program
