🌍‍ Adding Translations

Once you have created a version, you can now add translations by clicking on Manage Translations in the top right corner.
Here's the step by step guide on how to add translations:
  1. Add languages: Click on Manage Languages, and add all the languages and corresponding languages codes you wish to translate into.
  2. Add Translation Keys: Click on Add New Translation to insert the translation keys corresponding to each piece of text on your unsubscribe page.
  3. Provide Translations: Add translations for each text element by clicking on each Translation Key. This step ensures that your unsubscribe page can be displayed in languages other than the default English.
Here's an example of the full rundown, to add translations in French:

in order to ensure that the correct version is now displayed to each player, make sure to:
  1. Generate Language-Specific URLs: To make the unsubscribe page available in different languages, use the following URL format: https://brand.com/?lang=se
In this case se = Swedish, you can replace se with the appropriate language code for the desired language (e.g., fr for French, es for Spanish).
  1. Configure Communication Profiles: For each language, add the corresponding URL to the Unsubscribe Base URL field in each communication profile. This ensures that users see the unsubscribe page in their preferred language.
  2. Update your Email Templates: Ensure all your email templates include the [UnsubscribeURL] placeholder. This placeholder dynamically generates a unique unsubscribe link for each recipient.
  3. Ensure HTTPS Support: Verify that your domain supports HTTPS. This involves configuring your CloudFlare settings to enable SSL, ensuring a secure connection.
If you have the Origins solution enabled on your platform, you can also follow the same steps as above but you will need to setup a version per Origin.
