👤 What is the Player Info section?

This section within the player profiles is ideal for quick checks when verifying identity, understanding the player’s setup, or assisting customer support cases. It displays all player-related information, organised into expandable sections. These are divided into multiple categories such as:
  1. Player Features
  2. User
  3. Bonus
  4. Casino
  5. Conversion Data
  6. Payment …and more, depending on your environment configuration and the data that you are sending to Fast Track CRM.

🗺‍ How to Navigate

To access the Player Info section, simply open a specific Player Profile and select the first tab you see. You can find a full step-by-step guide on how to do this here (add link).

🧩 Main Components

Below is a breakdown of the main components available in this section:

1. Favourites

Located on the left side, the Favourites panel allows you to create a personalised quick-access panel.

What it does:

  1. You can drag and drop player attributes from the right side into this area.
  2. Attributes placed here become your frequently used fields, so you don’t need to search for them every time.
  3. It saves time, especially for support teams who frequently look up the same fields.

2. Search Player Attributes

At the top right, there is a search bar dedicated to filtering attributes.

Use cases:

  1. Quickly locate a specific player field (e.g., “email”, “KYC”, “bonus”).
  2. Avoid scrolling through all categories.

3. Player Info

The main content area contains expandable sections, each representing a category of player-related data. Here are some examples of the types of attributes you may find:

👤 User

All private or account-related personal information, such as:
  1. First name & surname
  2. Email address
  3. Phone number
  4. Address
  5. Affiliate reference
  6. Blocked or restricted status

🎁 Bonus

Bonus analytics and performance metrics, including:
  1. Bonus Amount Turned Real
  2. Bonuses completed
  3. Bonuses lost

🎰 Casino

Casino-specific player data like:
  1. Average Bet
  2. Last Bet Date
  3. Real Wins
  4. Total Bets

🔐 Login

Login metrics such as:
  1. Last Login Date
  2. Total Logins

📂 Additional Categories (Payment, Sports, Tags, etc.)

Depending on your integration setup, you may also see categories such as Player Features, Sports, Tags and more. Each category can be expanded to reveal multiple attributes collected across your ecosystem.
