Enteractive Reactivation
This article explains Enteractive’s reactivation service and how to use the related actions and reporting, so you can effectively apply it within your CRM strategy.

To enable Enteractive please contact your Partner Manager. Note that a commercial discussion with Enteractive is also required to start using their service.
⚒ Send and remove your players from Enteractive
Send a player to Enteractive
To send a player to Enteractive, first select the Enteractive Send Lead action and chose your Call Project ID you want to use.
Secondly you have to set the time to expiration. This is the time period you give Enteractive to contact your player from the moment the action triggered. E.g if you want to give Enteractive a two weeks time frame trying to reactivate the player, then you chose 14 days. After that period has passed, Enteractive will remove the player from their calling list.


Remove a player from Enteractive calling list
If you for whatever reason don't want Enteractive to call a player anymore, simply use the Enteractive Close Lead action. Once the action has triggered, Enteractive will remove the player from their calling list and the player will not be contacted.
