Rewards FAQ
🗂️ General Questions
Q: Can I target specific player segments, like VIPs, with tailored rewards?
A: Yes. With Fast Track CRM, you can trigger Rewards features (e.g. Challenges, Wheels, etc.) through Activities or Lifecycles for specific player Segments, like VIPs. This gives you full control to deliver more personalised and timely rewards that match each player Segmentation.
Q: Can support teams have view-only permissions for Rewards?
A: Yes! User Roles can be configured with Create, Edit, or View access — giving you full control over what each team can see or do.
Q: Can I build my own customised landing pages in the Rewards module?
A: Not yet. You can control which menu items appear in the Rewards module and link them to built-in features like Shops and Calendars. However, custom menu items and landing pages aren’t supported — for now.
Q: Which currencies does the Rewards system support?
A: The Rewards system supports all currencies configured on your platform, including major fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies. Any currency that flows through your backend data will automatically appear in the Currency Settings. Before starting your Rewards setup, you’ll need to configure currency exchange rates to ensure accurate tracking and calculations.
This setup allows players to participate in Challenges and other Rewards features regardless of the currency they use. Please note that currently, only fiat currencies are supported for display in certain features like Challenges, while crypto support is available behind the scenes.
Q: Can I create Origin-specific Rewards?
A: Yes. Rewards is fully customisable by Origin and Communication Profile (Segment).
Q: Can I A/B test Rewards vs regular campaigns?
A: Yes. Use CRM’s Activity-level A/B testing to compare results.
Q: Can I instantly hide pages in the Rewards modal, like a Shop or Calendar, in case of emergency?
A: Yes - you can easily remove any menu item like Shop and Calendar from the Menu page within My Rewards.
Q: If I noticed an error in a Challenge or Wheel, after it has been credited to a player, can I remove it?
A: Yes, you can remove any credited Rewards from individual players from their Player Profile. Alternatively, you can navigate to any specific Challenge or Wheel, and on the User Bonus/User Token tab you can easily expire any or all credited Rewards.
Q: Are translations available?
A: Yes. Everything can be translated using Communication Profiles.
Q: Can I test everything before going live?
A: Yes — you can use Test Users to trigger and verify all your Rewards setups. QA features will be available across all modules in the future.
Q: Can I offer daily Wheel spins for my players?
A: Yes, you can include a Wheel token as part of a Lifecycle or Activity using the "Credit Rewards" Action and base it on specific Triggers, for example: Everyday at 17:00.
🛠️ Integration
Q: Which Rewards are triggered by Fast Track, and which require integration with the partner’s own systems or game providers?
A: Fast Track can directly trigger certain rewards within the platform, such as Virtual Currencies, Wheels, and Challenges — these are fully managed through Fast Track without requiring additional integration.
Other rewards, such as Free Spins or Bonus Funds, typically require integration with your own bonus engine. In these cases, Fast Track sends the trigger, but the actual reward is issued by your internal setup via API.
We are continuously working to expand direct triggering capabilities for more reward types to further simplify the integration process.
Q: Do we need a Pending Bonus setup for Rewards?
A: No — it's optional. As long as you can credit Bonuses via Actions, you're good to go.
Q: I’d like to start using the Rewards modal on my site. If I’m already using Fast Track’s On-Site Messaging script, do I need to install anything else, or is the modal already supported through that?
A: There are two integration options, depending on your current setup:
- If you’re already using the Fast Track script for On-Site Messaging or Rich Inbox, the Rewards modal uses the same script. You’ll just need to update your configuration — no new integration is required. Read more about it here.
- If you’re not using the Fast Track script, you can integrate the Rewards modal as a standalone setup using a separate script. Read more about it here.
Q: We are already using Fast Track CRM — what else is needed?
A: You're already 90% there! There are certain integration requirements to make use of Rewards. Make sure you’re sending key events like: Casino, Login, Payment and enable the Rewards front-end modal.
Q: Can we integrate Rewards backend into our custom front-end?
A: For now, Fast Track provides the front-end. API options are on the roadmap.
Q: How much UI/UX control do we get?
A: Full styling control per Origin and Communication Profile — your Rewards, your brand.
🎨 Branding and Styling
Q: Can we customise the Rewards modal that displays for the players?
A: Absolutely. Use the Branding Studio to customise visuals, text, and design — all directly within Fast Track CRM. Create an experience that’s 100% on brand.
Q: Can I remove certain features from displaying in the Rewards modal?
A: Yes! You can easily toggle the visibility of any Rewards component directly from the back office — no development work needed.
Q: Can we customise the design for different markets?
Yes! Rewards supports geo-targeted design via Communication Profiles, allowing you to tailor the look and feel based on market or region.
Q: How do I create pages within the Rewards modal, like Shop or Calendar?
A: Just jump into the Rewards Profile — from there, the dedicated Menu tab makes configuring your pages a breeze.

🎰 Bonuses
Q: If we don’t use Free Spins in our campaigns, can we still use Rewards?
A: No problem. Rewards works with any bonus integration you’ve set up in Fast Track CRM. It slots right into your current workflow.
Q: Can we personalise Free Spin values based on player history?
A: Not yet — bonus values, including those for Free Spins, are pre-defined. However, you can still configure different value options to match your segmentation strategy.
Q: Is it possible for the players to see all of their bonuses/Rewards in one space?
A: When you setup a campaign (Activity/Lifecycle), as long as you're using the "Credit Reward" Action type, the player will be able to find all their received/available bonuses/Rewards from within their Rewards Modal.
🏆 Challenges
Q: Can players participate in more than one Challenge at a time?
A: Yes — players can have multiple active Challenges at the same time and progress on all of them simultaneously, as long as they meet the specific criteria for each one.
Q: How can a player follow their progression in a Challenge?
A: Players can track their progress directly in the Rewards modal. Progress bars and counters update in real time, so they always know how close they are to completing the Challenge. It can be toggled on and off from the Branding Studio.
Q: Are Challenges customisable by campaign and/or player level?
A: Yes — all Challenges can be fully customised to align with your campaign goals or the specific Segment you want to target. Looking ahead, our Singularity Model will generate unique personalised Challenges for each player.
Q: Can we build time-based Challenges (daily, weekly, monthly)?
A: Yes! You can create time-based Challenges by setting the Challenge Validity. This determines how long a player has to complete the Challenge once it’s claimed. You can also set as: no expiration.
It’s worth noting that Validity controls the time a player has to complete the Challenge, while Expiration defines how long the reward remains available for the player to claim.
Q: Can XP be rewarded from a Challenge?

🪙 Virtual Currencies
Q: Can coins expire automatically?

A: Yes — 0% or 'No Win' can be added to any slice/prize you set in a Wheel.
Q: Can I automatically display a Wheel popup to a player, outside of the Rewards modal? For example, at the moment they log in or register.
A: Currently this option is not available. You could, however, build this with your own front-end.

Q: Can we add categories within the Shop, like Free Spins or Wheels?
A: Not yet — the Shop doesn't support categories for now, but this feature is being explored and is expected for the future.
Q: Can we offer localised shop items, based on market or country?
A: Yes — by setting up unique Shop Pages per Origin and Communication Profile.
📈 Levels & Progressions
Q: Can I use specific games for XP accumulation in the Level System or for Challenge contribution?
A: Yes! You can include or exclude specific games and providers in both cases. To use these features, you’ll need to do the Games Mapping — this allows the platform to link the game round data you’re sending to specific games.
Q: How customisable is the tier structure for Levels? For example, is it possible to have sub-levels within tiers, such as: Bronze level: 1,2,3,4.
A: There are no fixed sub-levels or tiers—but you can create your own using naming and images. The system is fully customisable, so you decide how progression looks and feels. It’s designed to give you full control to match your brand and goals. Players progress by earning XP through gameplay.
Q: Can we add level-up Rewards, like Free Spins or Virtual Currencies?
A: Yes. Any Reward and Bonus in the system can be credited on level-up.
Q: Can players earn XP in different ways? How is it calculated? Can players earn XP in different ways? How is it calculated?
