New Segment Builder (Coming soon!)
In this section, we will talk you through the basics of how to set up a Segment using criteria. This is not live yet for every partner!
👫 What are Segment criteria?
In the Singularity Model, we are standardising the main CRM pillars, starting with Markets, Lifestage, Player Value, and Product Preference.
On top of this, we are introducing a new way to build Segments seamlessly in your Activities and Lifecycles using these CRM pillars, and any Player Feature of your choice:

This will help you speed up the Segment building process greatly, reducing the need to use the Segment rule builder (don't worry, it's still there if you need it!)
⚙ Getting Started
For now, Markets or Player Features can be added as Segment criteria. Later, we will continue introducing updated models of CRM pillars in our Singularity Model - like Player Value, Product Preference and many more to come!
🗺 Markets
To get started, if you are targeting multiple Markets, make sure that you set them up by following this guide:
Markets will appear at the top of your Segmentation whenever you are building Activities or Lifecycles in Fast Track:

⛹️♀️ Player Features
Any Player Feature created in your Fast Track environment can be used as Segment criteria, expanding the possibilities of this feature to include nearly anything you'd like to use when segmenting players!

For more information on how to create Player Features and Feature Types from scratch you can follow these guides:
If you already have Player Features you wish to add to your Segment criteria, simply navigate to Singularity -> Player Features -> select the desired Player Feature and toggle on Add to Activity & Lifecycle Builder as a Segmentation Criteria:

A note on Origins - If you have Origins enabled on your environment, these will appear now at the top of your Segment builder and will work as usual: click on the Origins you wish to target in your activity, and you're ready to go!
⁉ How does it work?
Correlation
By default, your Segment starts with 0 players, and you can select players you want to target by clicking on the relevant criteria:
- Horizontally, selecting multiple criteria will work as an OR correlation. For example, if I select 3 Markets for: Malta, Sweden and Spain, my segment will include players from:
Malta OR Sweden OR Spain

- Vertically, selecting multiple criteria will work as an AND correlation. For example, if I select: Market = Malta, Lifestage = Active and Previously Played Product = Casino, my segment will include players with:
Malta AND Inactive AND Preferred Product = Poker

If you wish to have different combinations, you can always click on Add Rule or Segment at the bottom, this will allow you to use the Segmentation Rule Builder.
Segment count
As highlighted above, your Segment count will start from 0, after making a selection you can use the Update button to refresh the count!

If you need a more detailed breakdown, you can click on Insert image to get the number of players present in all the criteria selected:

Adding Custom Rules
Clicking on Add Rule or Segment at the bottom will allow you to import an existing segment or use the rule builder to build a segment from scratch.
