In short: blocked and self-excluded players normally receive no communications at all. This feature lets you send a specific Activity to them when there's a legitimate reason to — for example a compliance or account-related message you're required to send.

What this feature does

By default, Fast Track CRM never sends anything to blocked or self-excluded players. That's the safe default, and it stays that way for every activity unless someone deliberately changes it.
Sometimes, though, a partner has to reach these players anyway — usually for messages they're obliged to send, such as:
  1. Identity / verification (KYC) requests
  2. Account, balance, or withdrawal notices
  3. Self-exclusion confirmations and reminders
This feature gives partners a safe, controlled way to do that from inside the CRM — no developer or technical work required. It's switched on per Activity, only by people who've been given permission, and every use is recorded.
Note: This feature is enabled on request. If you'd like it activated for your brand, reach out to your Fast Track contact or contact your Partner Manager, and we'll switch it on for you. Once enabled, you can manage everything else described below directly in the CRM.

🔨 Setting up an activity that uses it

Once the feature has been enabled for your brand, an administrator needs to switch it on for the right people.
  1. Create or open the Activity you want to send.
  2. Build it as normal — Trigger, Segment, and the message(s) you want to send.
  3. Find the targeting option and switch it from Target Normal Players to Target ALL Players.
  4. Read and confirm the disclaimer that appears. This is a quick acknowledgement that you understand you're contacting blocked/excluded players.
  5. Send the activity through the usual QA / sign-off process, just like any other activity.
  6. Enable the activity when you're ready for it to go out.
This setting is chosen per Activity. It only affects the one activity you switch it on for — it's never applied across the board, and you'll set it consciously each time you need it.

💡 Good to know

A few things that are always true, no matter how the activity is set up:
  1. It's off unless you turn it on. Every activity targets normal players by default.
  2. Opt-outs are still respected. Players who have opted out of marketing won't receive marketing messages — this feature is for required, operational communication, not re-marketing.
  3. Every use is recorded, so it's clear who enabled it and when.
