Fast Track AI's CLI is now available in your environment. This page outlines what you can do with it today, what's coming next, and a few things to be aware of as you get started.

What's included

Fast Track AI now supports natural-language creation and management across a wide set of CRM capabilities:
  1. Activity Creation — Build full Activities, including Triggers, Segments, Actions, and Communication Channels.
  2. Player Feature Creation — Create Player Features through a guided, user-friendly flow. Fast Track AI provides recommendations and analyses your data to help you make better decisions.
  3. Rewards — Full creation of Bonuses, Challenges, Tournaments, Level Systems, and more.
  4. Test Users — Set up and manage Test Users directly in the back-office.
  5. Communication Profiles — Create and manage Communication Profiles.
  6. Users & Roles — Set up and manage users and user roles/permissions in the back-office.
  7. Projects — Create and manage Projects, and add Activities into them.
  8. Player Origins — Set up and manage all Player Origins.
  9. Async conversations — Chats continue in the background and are automatically picked up if you navigate away.
  10. Image generation & Media Library — Generate images directly from Fast Track AI. Generated images are saved automatically to the Media Library.

Safety and confirmations

Fast Track AI is designed to be safe to use day-to-day:
  1. Capabilities are tied directly to your standard back-office permissions — if you can't do it in the UI, Fast Track AI can't do it for you.
  2. For larger changes or deletions, Fast Track AI will always ask for confirmation before executing.

Coming soon

The following capabilities aren't supported yet, but are on the roadmap:
  1. Lifecycles
  2. Content Library and Collections
  3. Calculated Segment Fields and Smart Segments
  4. Email Template Creation

Things to be aware of

A few known limitations as we continue to refine the experience:
  1. Recursion Limit — Occasionally, Fast Track AI may get stuck while working through a task and surface a recursion limit error. If this happens, please share the prompt with us so we can investigate and improve the fix.
  2. Page refresh after edits — After creating or editing an Activity, you may need to refresh the page to see the latest state. Real-time updates are in progress.
  3. Navigation — Today, you need to return to the Fast Track AI page to start a new chat. We're working on making Fast Track AI available as a sidebar throughout the system, with awareness of the page you're currently on.
