✨‍Micro-features and improvements

Player Feature Movement Trigger

You can now trigger on movements between Classes in Player Features.
For ranked Player Features, you can easily select Up or Down movements to see if the player has a positive or a negative movement in the feature.
Examples on how to use this new Trigger Type:
  1. Trigger on negative movements in the Churn Prediction Model from 'Low Risk' to 'High Risk'
  2. Trigger on players' Lifestage moving from 'Active' to 'Inactive'
  3. Trigger when players are moving up/down in Player Value: from 'Gold' to 'Platinum' rank

Rewards

  1. Level System (Bets Contribution) - XP contribution can now be supported by Bets instead of Wins. You can also specify allowed Currencies for contribution now.
  2. Challenges Management - See all player Challenges on each Challenge page and individually on the Player Profile. Here you can track the progress and status of ongoing Challenges. You can also expire ongoing Challenges if needed.
  3. My Rewards (UI/UX) - A new, fresh UI has been released for the My Rewards section.
  4. Menu Segmentation - Use segmentation to show/hide certain tabs in the Menu for players.

Player Feature & Feature Types - Validation

We have strengthened the reliability of everything around Player Features with validation for both Player Features and Feature Types, as well as the Feature Type Classes.
Users should no longer be able to disable, delete or adjust settings that can cause the features to stop working or break the system.

Other improvements:

  1. Media Library - The Media Library now supports drag & drop - making it possible for you to drag files straight into the Media Library screen to upload.
  2. Test Users - You can now search for Test Users by Name or Email Address - Previously, it was only possible to search by User ID.
  3. Lifecycle Event - The description field within Lifecycle Events is no longer mandatory.
  4. Change Log - You can now see which users have previously exported a Segment when viewing the Change Log within a Segment.

🐞‍Bug Fixes

  1. In some cases, Activities were not displaying in the Active Recurring Activities section of the Overview tab.
  2. When replacing a file that shares the same name as the original file within the Media Library could result in the permalink not updating.
  3. When clicking links within the Email Preview within the QA Portal, a Content Security Policy error would occur.
  4. Scrolling inside widgets within the Data Studio could sometimes cause visual inconsistencies.
