Setting Up My Rewards: Step-by-Step Guide
Follow this step-by-step guide to configure and launch Rewards on your site.
đ Getting Started: Integration and settings checkpoint
đ ïž Integration
Before setting up Rewards in your Fast Track CRM environment, ensure that all required integration work has been completed by the relevant team on your side â here we particularly want to focus on the front-end integration.
Why is this important? Without Rewards configured in the front end, even the most flawless back-office setup wonât appear on your site â for you or your players.
To get the most out of your Rewards setup, visibility is key. Make sure âMy Rewardsâ is clearly accessible on your site â whether through your main navigation or a dedicated button â to drive engagement from day one.
đĄ For your tech/integration team
Rewards must be configured in your front-end to appear on-site. If youâre unsure whether this is already in place, please check with the relevant team internally.
âïž Canât see Rewards on-site yet?
If the integration is complete but Rewards arenât visible yet â donât worry. Youâll need to complete the back-office setup, including enabling Rewards for visibility, before they appear on your site.
💱 Settings â Set up FX Rate for currencies
Before you dive into building Rewards, thereâs one last requirement: itâs time to initialise your currencies.
This setting is essential for certain Rewards features to function properly â and as Rewards continues to evolve, itâll become even more integral. Take Challenges for example: by configuring currencies, you can track progress across multiple currencies without duplicating effort. One Challenge, all currencies, all players â seamless.
Head to Settings > Currencies in the sidebar to get started.
First time here? No worries â a built-in info box will guide you through it.
From there, you can manually set FX rates for each currency. These rates automatically apply to player-facing elements like Wagering Requirements and Min/Max Bet Amounts, ensuring your players always see accurate, localised values.

Configuring FX Rates for Multiple Currencies

âïž Only using one currency?
No problem â setup is even simpler. Just head to the Currencies page and hit the âInitialise Currenciesâ button. Thatâs it â youâre good to go!
đĄ Important note:
FX rates set in this section apply only to Rewards-specific features.
â
Integration complete and currencies configured? Great! Perfect â youâre all set to start building your Rewards setup in Fast Track CRM!
đ Step 1: Create an action plan
Itâs all about planning for success!
Before jumping into setup, take a moment to decide which features you want to launch with and gather the necessary details and assets. These features define how players will engage with your Rewards section â so thoughtful planning is key to a smooth, efficient launch.
- â Decide which features to include: Will you start with Wheels, Virtual Currencies, Challenges, Bonuses, Levels and Progression, or Promotional Calendars â maybe even all of them?
- đš Prepare your visual assets: Create and upload all required designs and images to the Media Library.

- đ Program Name This will appear at the top of your Rewards Modal â choose something clear and engaging.

First Steps

First Steps
đ Origins and Communication Profiles
If you have Origins and/or Communication Profiles set up, youâll see separate versions automatically created under Rewards > My Rewards.
This allows you to tailor the appearance and settings for each version â creating unique player experiences across different websites, markets, and languages.
For more details on how to manage them, check out this article.
đ Step 3: Set up Bonuses
We know youâre eager to set up that epic Wheel or those bad-ass Challenges â but hold your horses! Before you can bring any of the Rewards features to life, youâll need to start with the basics: Bonuses.
More specifically, youâll need to create Generic and Funds Bonus Types, which youâll find under Rewards > Bonus Types.

These are the classic bonuses we all know â Free Spins, Reload Bonuses, Bonus Money, and more. This is what players are here for: the reward at the end of a Wheel spin, the prize for completing a Challenge, or the surprise behind a Calendar door.
To complete any Rewards feature, you must first create the bonuses youâll attach to it. So when youâre planning your next Wheel, Challenge, or any other feature â iron out the specifics and set up the bonus first.
đ Step 4: Maximise player engagement
Once you've locked in the essentials, itâs time to dial up your Rewards strategy. This is the setup you've been waiting for! Each feature listed here is optional â but they all pack a serious punch, unlocking new layers of fun, value, and real player engagement.
Mix and match what fits your goals â or go all-in for maximum impact. Letâs break it down:
đ Level & Progression Systems
Keep players hooked with level-ups and progression paths that celebrate their journey. Think loyalty rewards, achievement milestones, and that satisfying âjust one more levelâ feeling.
đȘ Virtual Currencies
Your own in-house currency to reward and re-engage players. Use it across Challenges, Shops, seasonal events, and more â fully branded, fully custom, and completely in your control.
đïž Shops
Turn rewards into choices. Let players spend their hard-earned Virtual Currency on exclusive Bonuses, extra Challenges, or something completely custom. It adds strategy, personalisation, and a reason to keep coming back.
đŻ Challenges
Make engagement fun with custom challenges, launched based on real player behaviour. Think milestones to hit, tasks to complete, and rewards to unlock â personalised experiences that boost retention.
đĄ Wheels
Who doesnât love a spin-to-win moment? Add fully customisable Wheels to your site for quick wins, bonus drops, or exclusive perks. Fast to launch, fun to play â a fan favourite for a reason.
đ Promotional Calendars
Build themed calendars for events, holidays, or ongoing campaigns. Encourage daily logins with fresh rewards and consistent engagement â keep your players coming back for more.
đ° Map your Games:
Mapping your games is an important step if you plan to include or exclude specific games or providers in Challenges or your Levels & Progression setup.
đâ Step 5: Set up Menu Pages (Important â for visibility of Rewards)
Menu Pages are tabs within the Rewards Modal that help you organise and display key features to your players.

Menu Pages in the Rewards Modal

Menu Pages in the Rewards Modal
To get started, youâll need to set up your main landing page, linking it to the Rewards & Bonuses section. While this doesnât have to be the landing page, itâs commonly used as the first tab players see â forming the base of your Rewards Modal where active Rewards and Bonuses are displayed.
đĄCanât see your Reward setup?
After completing the setup of a Challenge or Wheel, it wonât automatically appear in a playerâs Rewards Modal â and thatâs a good thing! Just because youâve built it doesnât mean it should be visible to everyone right away.
To test or preview a Reward, it needs to be credited to a player first. You can do this by:
- Setting up an Activity with a Rewards Action
- Or triggering it through another Rewards feature â like a Calendar
âïž Make Calendars and Shops Visible
If youâve set up Calendars or Shops, youâll also need to add and publish them as Menu Pages. This is currently the only way to make these features visible to players â so if theyâre part of your setup, donât skip this step!
đ§Ș Step 6: Test and go live
Before launching, take a moment to test your Rewards setup to make sure everything works smoothly and delivers the experience you want your players to have.
â Create a Test Communication Profile
đŻ Enable Rewards for Test Users
Once your test Communication Profile is ready, head to Rewards > My Rewards, where you'll see it listed. From there, you can enable Rewards using the toggle option shown below.
Go through the full setup and make sure everything looks and functions as expected.
đ Go Live with Rewards
When youâre happy with how everything works, itâs time to go live!
Enable Rewards for all players â or only for specific Communication Profiles â directly from Rewards > My Rewards.

Enable or disable Rewards for a Communication Profile using this toggle
