Rewards

Level System Extensions
We have just launched with new options and configurations for Level Systemsº.
  1. Sportsbook events are now supported for XP contribution
  2. Fixed & Scaled XP contribution models
    1. Fixed: Each bet/win gives a fixed amount of XP
    2. Scaled: Each bet/win gives XP based on the size of the bet
  3. Game Type Settings - Create a unique contribution per game_type to be able to separate contribution models, e.g. Casino vs. Live Casino
Wheel - Adjustable in Branding Studio It's now possible to control the scale (size) as well as the Y (vertical) and X (horizontal) placement of the Wheel. To enable this, use the 'Default' setting and toggle on 'Advanced Settings' to reveal the position and scale options.
Debit Virtual Currency (Debit VC) - New Action Type that allows you to deduct Virtual Currencies from players' accounts. This can be combined with segment fields of inactivity: 'Last Login Date', to set up automatic VC deduction due to inactivity.
Credit Reward Action - SDT Expiration
You can now override each Bonus/Challenge/Wheel expiration setting directly from the Action itself. This also supports Specific Date & Time to ensure you can set the expiration at a given date & time.
Promotional Calendars
You can now set up a time zone for the full Calendar. Setting this time zone will ensure all calendar doors follow the same time zone. If no manual time zone is set on the Calendar, the time zone will be automatically calculated based on the players Country of Registration.

Other Improvements

Time Triggers - We have implemented a new validation when creating Time Triggers, preventing the setup of Triggers that may be problematic. If you attempt to create a new trigger that will fire more than 5 consecutive times or more than 10 times per hour, it will not be possible to save it.
Sensitive Fields - The following fields are now marked as sensitive by default within environments. This means that if a User does not have the 'View Sensitive Info' permission then these fields will not be visible.

Bug Fixes

  1. In some cases, when viewing the players who have exited a Lifecycle, the reason they had exited the Lifecycle would not be shown.
  2. In some cases, activities with a firing time in the past could still be enabled.
  3. In some cases, the Optimal Time of Day settings would not show when editing a Time Event.
  4. When using a Smart Segment within a Segment, the player count would not update
  5. You can no longer save an Activity if there is a segment rule that is not correctly configured in the database
  6. Numerical values within dropdowns were previously sorted alphabetically. Now they are sorted numerically
  7. Resolved an issue where fields were not editable within AI Tuning
