Fast Track AI
Cohorts
Cohorts are ideal for acting on one-off insights surfaced by AI or specific events, where you need to target a fixed snapshot of players beyond what existing segmentation supports. They allow you to move seamlessly from insight to engagement, taking action as soon as the opportunity is identified.

Campaign Creation
You can now start building Specific Date and Time (SDT) Activities in seconds by simply asking Fast Track AI. Whether it's a single Activity or multiple in one go, they are instantly generated based on your request, with any Segment you've already set up in your CRM.

The possibility to generate Actions like SMS, Email, On-Site Notifications and Push Notifications is planned to be released in upcoming releases.

- Admin View - Users with System Admin and Fast Track AI access will now be able to see 'All Conversations' from the sidebar. You will be able to see token cost, conversations, as well as pause any ongoing Scheduled Reports from this page
- Pin & Delete Conversations - You can now Pin or Delete conversations in the sidebar of Fast Track AI.
- Issues where responses around the current day or days of the week were inaccurate should now be fixed.
- Conversations with uploaded files are now stored permanently instead of sometimes disappearing
Other Improvements
- Rewards - We have removed the hard URL validation in the fields related to links/URLs
- The preview button for Email should no longer be showing on Player Timeline when the email was not sent at all.
- We have added tooltips for Lifecycle Version statuses with more informative descriptions
Bug Fixes
- Data Studio - Numbers that are being rounded will now display the exact decimal value when hovering over the value
- The panel that is shown when selecting Test Users has received fixes that will ensure the table is showing correctly
- When creating a new Role, selected permissions should always be saved correctly
- Deleted or Archived Lifecycles are now showing correctly on the Player Profile
- Event Logs on the Player Profile should correctly display all event types
