Rewards
Games Mappings & Game Lists:
Games no longer need to be mapped in order to be used as included or excluded games, or within Game Lists.
This means you can start using any game in your configurations immediately, without waiting for mapping to be completed.
Single Challenge Progress:
A new setting is now available in Branding Studio: “Multiple active challenges allowed” (enabled by default). When disabled, players will only be able to have one active Challenge per type at a time. For example, a player cannot have two Wager & Get Challenges running simultaneously, but can still have a Wager & Get and a Deposit & Get Challenge active at the same time.
If a player tries to claim a Challenge while another of the same type is already active, they will see: “You already have an active Challenge of this type.”
Level Up Modal:
A new win animation and reward pop-up is now available for Level Systems. When a player completes a level, they will see an animation followed by a modal showing the reward they can claim instantly. If the reward is not claimed immediately, it remains accessible in the Rewards and Bonuses tab. This feature needs to be enabled in the Branding Studio to be available.
Challenge / CTA - Open in New Tab:
A new checkbox (“Open URL in new tab”) is now available on the Challenge bonus CTA URL field. When enabled, the link will open in a new browser tab and the URL will be validated to ensure it is a valid absolute URL. When disabled, behaviour remains unchanged.
Other Improvements
Player Features as Variables
Player Features and their outcomes can now be used within actions as variables.
Player Feature Variables can be used in the same way that #-variables are used. To access the variable dropdown, simply enter a # within an action field.
Multi Class Player Features are not currently supported.

Email Template Builder - The drag and drop template builder now supports the ability to save content blocks similar to how content blocks are saved within the HTML editor.

Media Library - You can now download multiple files at the same time.
Bug Fixes
- Previously it was possible to save smart segment that was configured for a double or integer value using a string. It will no longer be possible to save when attempting this.
- When adding a special character at the end of a URL the URL would be shortened. This has been disabled.
- In some cases the header within the Player Profile would not display player information such as country of registration or username.
- In some cases it was possible to save an action with a broken #-variable. This is no longer possible.
- Fix to remove the control group toggle within Lifecycle Activities. Control groups can only be set on a Lifecycle level.
- Improved error messaging when trying to launch a incorrectly configured Lifecycle.
