What's new?
Fast Track AI
- Prompting with Fast Track AI should now work endlessly, as we have added automatic summarisation of conversations that are increasing in length without costing more Tokens
- Permissions for what users can whitelist domains for scheduling emails should now work correctly
Rewards
UI Improvements
- Added new visual animations and effects across the Rewards experience to make interactions feel smoother and more engaging.


Player Experience
- When a player purchases an item or a Bonus in the Shop, they can now claim it immediately.
- When a player purchases and claims a Wheel, it now opens automatically so the player can spin right away.
- Players now return to the same tab and page in the Rewards overlay where they last left off, reducing friction when navigating back.


If needed, you can revert these streamlined flows (with fewer clicks for the player) back to the previous behaviour from the Branding Studio.
What’s New
- The Player Profile (Backoffice) now displays key Rewards information, including:
- Rewards Status, Level System, XP, and Virtual Currencies.


- Promotional Calendars now support an uploaded background image, allowing for more customised designs.
- The Wheel Pointer can now be adjusted directly from the Branding Studio/Appearance editor.
- The Credit Challenge Action now supports configuring Challenge expiration using SDT (Specific Date & Time) for more precise scheduling.
Integrations
We've added two new supported integrations to our library!
Ad Platforms - Use your Fast Track segmentation to create audiences in Meta Platforms, and target your players using programmatic ads. Read more on our Knowledge Base and Integration Page.
Telegram Broadcasting - Reach out to your players through Telegram channels. Read more on our Knowledge Base and Integration Page.
Other Improvements
User Management - We have enabled the change log within User Management, allowing you to monitor what roles and permissions are edited within a User Profile.
Segments - It's now possible to segment on NULL values.
Example: If you want to target players who have never received an SMS you can now use the segment rule Last SMS date = NULL
Bug Fixes
- Resolved an issue where Lifecycle entry conditions would appear to not update when a Lifecycle is in the Ready or Prod stage.
- In certain cases, when creating a new segment it was not possible to save if the segment contained an operator that did not contain a value.
- URLs are correctly shortened when previewing SMS actions within the player profile.
- In some cases when creating a new Trigger you would need to refresh the Triggers page for the newly created Trigger to display.
- You can now search for Projects using Activity ID's that are used within a given Project.
