Pick & Win (Coming June 2026)
On this page, we will explain what Pick & Win is, how it is used, and how it can help you enhance the player experience with Rewards.
🎁 What is Pick & Win?
Pick & Win is a mini-game within the Rewards platform where players tap a mystery box to reveal a hidden prize. It's a simple, satisfying mechanic that creates a moment of anticipation — players see a grid of closed boxes, choose one, and instantly discover what they've won.
You can use Pick & Win to add excitement to promotions, reward deposits or milestones, and create engaging on-site experiences tied to seasonal campaigns or VIP offers.

🛠️ Setting Up Pick & Win
You can create new Pick & Win games and manage existing ones under Rewards → Mini Games → Pick & Win.
To add a new game, click Create Pick & Win. When configuring your game, start by setting up the General Settings, where you'll define an internal name. This name is only visible inside the CRM — players never see it.

The next component to configure is Boxes Probability & Prizes. This is where you define how many boxes the game has and what each one awards. For each box, you'll need to configure:
- Probability: the percentage chance of a player landing on that box. The sum of probabilities across all boxes must equal exactly 100%.
- Bonus to award: the bonus given to the player if they pick that box. Select a linked bonus or choose "No win".

You can add up to 9 boxes using the + Add box button. Before saving, make sure all boxes have a bonus selected and that the total probability adds up to 100% — otherwise, saving won't be possible.
Creating a Pick & Win game is not sufficient to display it to your players — for more info on how to create tokens to grant players access to the game, check the section below on Creating Pick & Win Tokens!
🎨 Player Experience
Once the Settings are complete, move to the Player Experience tab. This controls everything the player sees and hears. It's split into two sub-tabs: Pick & Win Visuals and Player-Facing Texts.
At the top of the Player Experience tab, you'll find a Origin + Communication Profile selector. By default, content is configured globally. You can add additional Origins/Communication Profiles using the + button to provide translated or region-specific content.

You will need to save your Global settings first before being able to add translations.
Pick & Win Visuals
Theme
Pick a curated theme to instantly populate the background, box images, and background music in one click. Everything can be fine-tuned individually afterwards. Left empty by default.

Background
Choose the backdrop that appears behind the boxes during the game. You can select from one of the predefined backgrounds or upload your own. Recommended custom size: 1100 × 800px (11:8 ratio).

Box Style
Choose the visual style of the boxes players pick from. Select from the predefined box styles, or upload custom images for both the closed state (before the player picks) and the opened state (after they pick). Recommended size for custom images: 400 × 400px (1:1 ratio).

Audio Settings
Default game sounds are applied automatically. You can replace any of them if needed. Toggle Enable game audio off to disable all sound entirely.
- Background music — plays throughout the game (MP3/WAV/OGG, max 5MB, recommended 10–30s, will loop automatically).
- Win sound — played when a player reveals a prize.
- No win sound — played when a player reveals a no-win outcome.

Player-Facing Texts
This sub-tab controls the text content displayed to players during the game.
- Game title: the main heading shown at the top of the game.
- Game description: a short subtitle shown beneath the title.
- Description Colour: hex colour for the description text (default #FFFFFF).
- Show Game Rules: choose to Show or Hide the game rules link.
- Rules Link Text: the clickable text that opens the rules (e.g. "See game rules").
- Rules Link Text Colour: hex colour for the rules link (default #FFFFFF).
- Rules Content: the rules content shown when a player taps the rules link. Supports rich text formatting.
- Win Message: the message displayed to a player after they reveal a prize.

🪙 Creating Pick & Win Tokens
Once your Pick & Win game is created, navigate to Rewards → Bonuses and select the Mini Game type, then click Create Bonus and give it an internal name.
Fill in the appearance settings with the relevant content, then in the bonus settings you can select:
- Mini Game: the game the token is linked to.
- Tokens: how many plays the player will have when credited this bonus.
- Token expiry: how long players have to play after claiming the token.
- Set Expiration: how long players have to click the CTA to claim their token once it has been credited.

Once this is done, you can use this bonus in your Levels, Calendars, Shops, Challenges, and even other Pick & Win games as a prize!
🎬 Other Ways to Reward Your Players
Once Rewards is implemented, a new Action type — Credit Reward — is available in your list of Activity Actions.
This Action enables you to credit Pick & Win token bonuses that you've configured, and distribute them to players through targeted CRM Activities.
